Amazing chair! arrived in 1 business day. box included everything listed in instruction manual paper. took 1 hour to assemble. i am very thankful for the large tool because regular hex keys hurt my wrist. i did not use the included wheels because they are plastic so i buy other wheels on aliexpress. my tailbone does not hurt when i sit in this chair so i am happy. my back does not hurt. great value!

I've used it for a little over a week and so far am loving it. It was easy to assemble too. The cushion is very supportive and the backrest is good as well. I was using a gamer chair good quality for the price. Definitely recommended.
Came in a bad with boxes it’s simple to understand and easy to build you only need one person to build it and comes with all parts i’d also say it’s a bit more darker grey than white and light grey but still great! As for comfort i would say give it a couple days for cushion to soften and get used to your butt because it was really stiff for awhile as arms they aren’t uncomfortable and back is great also adjustable to go up and lean back it also doesn’t scratch floors and wheels smoothly! Got here the day after ordering as well! !
Wow! This is actually a very nice and study chair. It came dissembled and it only took me an hour or so to assemble. It only took 36 hours to arrive at my home as well! No complaints at all, it's a very large chair as well! Much taller than the pics show! I would highlyyyy recommend this seller
