①📃Why is my L7Cpro constantly shaking or vibrating? How is the sound of electric current?
✅Before turning on the L7Cpro Gimbal, the phone must be placed in the middle (if the L7Cpro is turned on without a phone or not aimed at the phone, it will cause abnormal vibration or shaking of the L7Cpro). In addition, if you are not standing on the tripod, do not release the handle as this is the wrong way to use it.
②📃Why does the joystick suddenly not work when using L7Cpro?
✅The universal joint has a limit angle, and when the L7Coro is manipulated to the limit angle position, the head will automatically activate self-protection to protect the internal current (usually manifested as the head not rotating no matter how the joystick is manipulated)
✅Firstly, this is a normal phenomenon of machine self-protection. This usually occurs when the arm is tilted forward by 30 degrees, or when the phone lens is tilted up or down by 30 degrees. When this situation occurs, you can restore the phone's state by moving the L7Cpro to the right so that it does not tilt, and then gently shaking the phone with your hand.
