Great chair and at a great low holiday price. The shipping was fast. The directions easy to follow. My back and hip sitting at the arcade will now be less distracting. This is a very comfortable chair compared to my previous wen chair. Which was great but the angle was making my arthritic hip painful. This has less countour and is better for me, personally. My favorite colors.

Box came busted open, damp product inside. Chair is not white, it is off-white/cream and unfortunately doesn’t go with my room. Two bolts missing with no extras.

Whoever is still using at least executive ones should have this! Change your time in front of the screen! My case is more juicy—i just shifted from an expensive massage chair to match with the new table’s measurements, as the height of the massage one is not customizable!
Nonetheless, you’re reading this review from someone who receives hundreds of online orders every month but rarely posts reviews! Either it has to be extremely poor or that good! Unfortunately, this falls under the latter! Unfortunate, this way, if you don’t have this one
Cheap screws and the back was misaligned slanted
Brilliant chair! As comfortable as an actual reclining couch. Assembly took about two hours. I did need help, however, fixing the screws in the back to hold it in place for installation. The grey colour was a shade or two darker.
It came even much faster than first announced.
This is my 2nd one of these, most comfortable office chair i've tried.

Received it shockingly fast for aliexpress (2 days). wasn't terribly hard to assemble, though id recommend a second person for some parts especially if you're older. one piece of the arm rest was bent but i fixed it. after assembling it, i can say confidently that you aren't going to get a better deal on a chair than this. it is huge, and extremely comfortable. it feels decently high quality especially for the price point. really good if you enjoy sitting with your feet up or crossed too. highly recommend!
